OVERVIEW
Nature playgardens are designed to improve physical health, mental health and overall well-being for the young. It aims to instill a love for nature to encourage our young to spend more time outdoors and to be future stewards of greenery and biodiversity as we move towards City in Nature. The Designing a Nature Playgarden workshop will give participants an introduction into creating a nature-based play space targeted for preschoolers where learning and developmental opportunities are limitless.

- How to design with safety in mind
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Ms. Nur Syuhada Limat is a Senior Landscape Architect with the National Parks Board and an accredited landscape architect by the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects. Syuhada has more than nine years of working experience and pioneering in the design of nature playgardens for preschool children. She was part of the team that put together the pilot Nature Playgarden at HortPark.
